It is one of the most famous production areas in Japan of agricultural products such as watermelon, melon, eggplant, and mandarin orange. It is also famous for its distinctive local dishes such as Akaushi, the free-range chicken Amakusa Daio, horse sashimi, and lotus root.
We will provide you with breakfast that will make you smile in order to start a new day comfortably in the "Kumamoto Terroir."
