About your stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00.

Can I check out late?
Until 14:00 on the day of departure: 30% of the normal room fee, until 17:00: 50% of the normal room fee, and after 17:00: room charge for one night will be charged.

Can I park my car before check-in or after check-out?
You can use it.
Parking at Bipuresu Kumanichi Kaikan will charge 2200 yen per night, and Park City 24h Shirakawa Park and Park City 24h Suidocho will charge 1100 yen per night.
A separate parking fee will be charged for use before and after that time (please ask the staff in advance if you wish to use the parking lot).

Can you keep my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We can keep your luggage when you arrive early or after check-out until your departure.
We will keep them in the cloakroom on the first floor. -
I would like to send a package by courier ahead of my stay.
Please include the date of your stay and the name of your reservation (please include the reading) and send it to the address below.
We will keep it at the hotel until the day of your stay.

Can I stay there with my children?
Children sleeping together with their parents are free of charge.
If you would like an extra bed, you will be charged an additional ¥3,630.Baby cots (length 700mm x width 1200mm) and bed guards are also available at no charge, but both are limited in quantity, so please contact us in advance if you would like to use them. -
When will the cancellation fee be charged?

Can I see Kumamoto Castle from the room?
You can see it from all room types other than Queen Room, Deluxe Twin Room, Deluxe King Room, Japanese-style room, Universal Room, and Modern Japanese Twin Room, but the scenery varies depending on the floor where the room is, so please contact us in advance if you would like to see it.

Can I specify the floor and view of the room?
This is available upon request at the time of reservation. We will do our best to meet your request, but we may not be able to meet your request depending on the availability of rooms.

What are the settings for non-smoking and smoking rooms?
All floors have been non-smoking rooms since January 2022. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding.
The smoking area is located on the left (outside) after exiting the main entrance. -
I would like to arrange a babysitter.
We can introduce you to a babysitter nearby. If you wish to do so, please contact the front desk service staff.

Can I stay with my pet?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at our hotel. We will guide you to a pet hotel near here. Please contact the front desk service staff if you wish to do so.

None. We will introduce you to facilities in the neighborhood.

There are two universal rooms as barrier-free guest rooms.

Do you have a safe in the room?
Yes, it is provided in all rooms. For valuables that cannot be stored in the room's safe, please use the safety box at the front desk.

Can I rent a PC?
Unfortunately, we do not rent PCs.

Is it possible to arrange a rental car?
Yes, please ask the front desk service staff so that we can ask for your request and make arrangements.

Do you have an ice making machine?
Yes, it is on each guest room floor. Ice pails are provided in the rooms, so please bring your own.

Do you have a large public bath and sauna?
None. As the nearest bathing facility, there is a "Yulax" that is approximately 15-minute by car.

Yes, we have nightwear and slippers for children. The number is limited, so please contact us in advance.

Is it possible to make revolving payments by credit card?

If I invite a guest, how do I pay if I want to pay in advance?
Please come to the hotel or pay by bank transfer before check-in date.

Can I use JAL vouchers to pay?
Yes, you can use them. However, this service cannot be used to pay for reservations made through all travel agencies (including online reservation websites and WEB travel agencies).

Can I earn JAL hotel miles when I stay there?

Yes, we will prepare one of the following six papers for free, so please let us know at the front desk when you check in.

Children's menus are available at the Japanese Restaurant Benkay on the 7th floor and the Cantonese Restaurant Tao-Li on the 2nd floor.

If I cancel an online reservation, can I cancel or change it online?
Online reservations cannot be cancelled or changed. Please contact the restaurant you reserved directly.

Can I use JAL coupons for payment?
Yes, you can use it.
When using the restaurant or bar, please pay at the restaurant or bar as a general rule.
* It cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits or preferential discounts.
* We cannot return the difference between JAL coupon and the used amount. -
Can I use gift certificates for payment?

Please tell me how to use the parking lot.
There is no discount on parking fees for banquet halls and restaurants.

Can I smoke cigarettes at the restaurants?
There is no smoking all day in all the restaurants. If you are a smoker, please use the smoking space in the hotel.

Is it possible to have a restaurant wedding?
Restaurant weddings are available at the Japanese restaurant Benkay, the buffet dining restaurant AsoShed, and the Cantonese restaurant Tao-Li.

Can you handle food allergies?
Please let the restaurant you wish to use know the details at least 3 days in advance. Please note that we may not be able to respond in some cases.

Can I park a large bus?
Two parking spaces are available, but reservations are required. Please ask your restaurant.

Is it possible to use it in a wheelchair?
You can use it. We also have two units available at the hotel, so please inquire when you make a reservation. Please note that we may not be able to prepare them due to reservations.
About weddings

Can I borrow costumes for the attendees? Can I also get dressed?
Morning and ceremonial kimonos for parents are available.We also accept dressing and hair and make-up. Please note that prior reservations are required.

Is there a general changing room?
Both men's and women's changing rooms are available. There is no need to make a reservation, so you are free to use it.

Can I make an original menu?
You can create your own original menu for the two of you while consulting with us.
Please consult with your wedding planner first. -
Can I sample the food?
After the completion of the contract, you can do it at a special price.
Reservations are required, so please apply to your wedding planner at least two weeks prior to your desired tasting date. We also hold regular "wedding food tasting events" for couples who are considering a venue. -
Do you have a child menu?
We have several different menus to suit the age of your child.
We also deal with food allergies, so please consult with your wedding planner for details. -
I'm worried about the meeting schedule and costumes because I'm pregnant.
Our first priority will be to consider the bride's physical condition.
After that, your wedding planner will create a reasonable schedule for you.
Our full-time staff is fully prepared for the costumes, including one-size-fits-all dresses. -
I live in a distant place, but can the wedding preparations progress smoothly?
Please be assured that you will be able to prepare smoothly using the "Wedding Guidebook," which contains the schedule from the meeting to the day of the event and the details of each item.
In addition, we will provide you with the best schedule to suit your needs so that you will not be burdened as much as possible. Please feel free to contact us at any time. -
Can I take pictures inside the wedding hall?
We ask that you take pictures only from your own seat, as it may interfere with the progression of the ceremony.

What is the basic sound and lighting, and sound system?
The basic sound and lighting are the minimum lighting required to use the venue and the microphones in the venue.
The sound system is a music presentation using CD, MD and other devices, and the reception can be staged for each scene with the music of your choice.
The price of the sound system includes the operator who operates the machine. -
Can the after party be held in the hotel?
We also hold after parties in out hotel by renting the restaurants, lounges, and banquet halls.
Please check with your wedding planner as the available time and capacity vary depending on the venue. -
Do you have a smoking room?
In order to prevent passive smoking, smoking is prohibited in the lobby, foyer, and other common spaces and banquet halls of our hotel.
If you are a smoker, please use the smoking space in the hotel.

Is it possible to preview the venue?
Please contact us in advance as it depends on the availability of the banquet hall on the day of the event. Our staff will guide you.

How many people can use the banquet hall?
You can use it if there are at least 20 people in your group. (This hotel also has private rooms in the restaurants, so if you have a small group, we recommend a private room in the restaurants.)

When will the cancellation fee start?
It will occur 180 days prior to the banquet date. For details, please refer to the Banquet Hall Terms of Use.

Is it possible to use the internet in the banquet hall?
You can use it in all 5F, 6F and 7F banquet halls.

What is the parking fee for meeting/banquet use?
There is no discount on parking fees for banquet halls and restaurants. Please note that you will be responsible for the full amount.

Please tell me the nearest interchange to the hotel.

What is the nearest station?
If you are coming by JR Kyushu, Kumamoto Station or Kami-Kumamoto Station is the nearest station.

Is there a parking area?
The hotel does not have its own parking lot. There are three parking lots affiliated with the hotel.

Is there a parking lot for motorcycles and bicycles?
For motorcycles, please use the Bipuresu Kumanichi Kaikan pay parking lot on the second basement floor (the fee is the same as for cars). We recommend that you contact the hotel in advance if you wish to use the parking lot. TEL.096-211-1111 (main)
There is no bicycle parking. Please use the nearest bicycle parking lot. -
Can I reserve a parking lot?
This is not a hotel-exclusive parking lot, but paid parking lot at Bipuresu Kumanichi Kaikan, so reservations are not accepted. Please be aware of this.
Facilities and equipment in the building

Can I borrow a wheelchair?
These are available. Please note that the number of units is limited, so please make a reservation in advance.

I have a person in a wheelchair, but I am worried about him moving around and using the restroom.
The hotel's facilities are designed with universal design throughout.
Wheelchair restrooms are available on the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, and 7th floors.
Our staff will be happy to help you move around the hotel, so please feel free to ask. -
Is there an ATM (automated teller machine) in the hotel?
There are none in the hotel or in the complex building.The closest location is the Higo Bank, which is located about a minute on foot.
There is also a Convenience store 7-Eleven about a two-minute walk away.

Do you have gift certificates or hotel gift certificates?
We have gift certificates available a 1,000 yen gift certificate that can be used at Hotel Nikko Kumamoto, and a 5,000 yen universal gift certificate that can be used at Okura Nikko Hotels in Japan. They are sold at the bell counter on the first floor of the hotel from 12:00 to 17:00. Please note that advance reservations are required by 17:00 the previous day, and sales are cash only.
